Founded in 2015 by Eng. Paul Karara Ngunjiri, Oville Associates was established with a singular mission: to provide innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable engineering solutions to the East African market.

Over the years, we have grown from a small consultancy to a powerhouse in Civil and Structural Engineering, trusted by major corporations and government bodies alike. Our approach is rooted in a deep understanding of local challenges combined with global best practices.

Eng. P.K Ngunjiri

CE, MIEK, MAAK(E)
Principal Engineer

Eng. Karara holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering 2nd Class Honours Upper division from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He is registered with Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) as a Consulting Engineer and is a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK). He is also a member of the Architectural Association of Kenya – Engineers Chapter (AAK-E).

Eng. Karara has vast experience in design and construction supervision of buildings and associated infrastructure in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and South Sudan. Among the projects he has been involved in are high-rise office blocks, apartment blocks, residential estates, learning institutions, hospitals and hotels etc. Eng. Karara is responsible all technical work at Oville Associates and is also responsible for the day to day running of Oville Associates.

Eng. B. Kuria

PE, MIEK
Associate Director, Water

Eng. Kuria holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering 2nd Class Honours Upper division from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He is registered with Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) as a professional Engineer and is a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK).

Eng. Kuria is an impact biased Engineer and accomplished project manager with over 12-years’ experience in the development sector. He has successfully developed, designed, and coordinated implementation of programmes and projects funded by various bilateral and multilateral development partners such as The World Bank, African Development Bank, DANIDA, USAID and French Development Agency. He has particular experience in investment planning, institutional strengthening, water supply & sanitation systems design, construction supervision, technical audits and overall project management. His experience spans 6 countries in the East and Southern Africa region.

Eng. J. Kader

PE, MIEK
Associate Director, Roads

Eng. Kader holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering 2nd Class Honours Upper division from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He is registered with Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) as a Professional Engineer and is a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK). Eng. Kader has vast experience in design and construction supervision of roads and highways.

C. Mulera

Consultant Projects Director

Chris holds Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering 2nd Class Honors Upper division from University of Nairobi. He is registered with the Institution of Engineers of Kenya as a Graduate Engineer.

Chris has 17 years post graduation experience in civil/structural engineering. He has been involved in many projects such as Refurbishment of Eagle Africa Center in Upper Hill, Condition survey of Stanbank House along Moi Avenue among many others. He assists in the running of projects and business development.
